Trails West Retreat has so much to offer if your wedding is to be small, casual, simple or unique.  It's rustic, pastoral, woodland setting is a delight to all who visit here.  You and your wedding party can have a great time kicking up your heels in our country paradise.  We can help you with planning. Parties up to 30 can spend the night here.  If there are more overnight guests, there are plenty of other nearby accommodations.	Our newly constructed Eagles Nest Lodge at Trails West offers a more formal area for an elegant, smaller wedding or shower.

Wonderful landing and staircase for the bride to descend	Large windows capture the rolling woodland view.  Our indoor dining area can seat up to thirty.  Weather permitting, we can seat 20 more on our wonderful 10 X 40 ft veranda.
Three upstairs rooms are great for the bride and groom or the wedding party.	For the outdoor wedding, the Bride may cross the bridge and get married on our overlook deck RATES Overnight use of Pavilion, Hangar, 3 cabins and grounds $750 + tax (sleeping includes 2 Kings, 3 queens, 2 doubles, 3 twins, 3 futons, 1 double cot & sofa = 20 persons included) no meals or beverages included for large parties Overnight use of Pavilion, Hangar, 3 cabins, entire 15 acres and 3 rooms in Eagle's Nest Lodge = $1100 + tax, maximum 28 persons (no meals or beverages included) Day use only of Pavilion & Grounds or Eagle's Nest Lodge =$125 + tax for 4 hours = $25 hour after.  $200 deposit required.  $50 charge for grounds clean-up, $25 charge for trash haul-off, waived if guest cleans and takes away trash 2 Camper/motorhome hookups $35 + tax Special upgrade package deals are available such as complimentary champagne & strawberries for the bride & groom Chuckwagon breakfast Campfires in the fall (provided there is no burn-ban) A large tent is available at extra cost. 100-150 Photos available on disc for $100 extra
Our scenic creek with overlook deck	Trails West Retreat can arrange for tent and chair rental.  We can also help with catering and floral companies.  Or for a more casual and economic atmosphere, we have ample bbq grills at the Pavilion.
The Hangar with full kitchen and two baths is wonderful for sleeping up to 10 overnight guests	Our Rustic cabins are like cozy little cottages.
